Jeanne Rogers was refreshing to deal with. She was patient with me while I tried chairs and lumbar support etc for the car. It can be frustrating to find the right kind of support while you are in excruciating pain, but having a knowledgeable and lovely person serving you can make a huge difference. Found what I needed and I will definitely be back to get more and encourage my friends and colleagues to order from them.
Jeanne is amazing. Her customer service is excellent. She was incredibly patient with me ( I was stuck on the phone with an important matter) and my kids (who were unfortunately running amuck 😳). It’s really great to still be able to receive such service with understanding. It’s very scarce nowadays. Also she was very knowledgeable and picked up on things that were unfortunately missed by others, for which I’m grateful for. So I really appreciate her thoroughness and understanding. I highly recommend Ergolink, specifically Jeanne’s awesome service and expertise.

Ergolink provide excellent customer service and quality products. Their product and technical knowledge is exceptional. At different times over the last few of years I have bought a sit/stand desk, ergonomic chair, ergonomic keyboard and an ergonomic oyster mouse from them. In that time my employer moved south of the river but I still travel to Ergolink in Balcatta as the service they provide is worth the drive.
These guys are 5 out of 5...and then some, yes they sell such a great range or products that can sell them selves but it is the customer service that makes them shine even brighter. I just bought a Vertical mouse and was out of stock, like everything everywhere these days but Steven got it sorted ASAP from their warehouse and it was delivered to me in Melbourne as planned Thank to you and won't hesitate to shop there again :).

We couldnt be happier with the Saddle Stool. We had looked at plenty of standard types of office chairs but as soon as we sat in the ergonomic stool, we knew this one was a winner. We love how comfy the chair is to sit in; we love how when you sit in the chair it takes all the stress off your back; we love not having to take breaks each hour because our backs are sore and having to manage pain each day. We couldn't be happier with the chair and highly recommend it to anyone wanting better posture while they work.
