The standard height of a fixed height office desk is 73-80cm. Ideally, the height of the tables should depend on the standing height of the user, the chair and desktop monitor at your workstation. To ensure your desk is the right height for you, you should ensure that your feet are flat on the floor while you’re sitting at your desk, your arms are sitting at a right angle by your sides and your elbows are at a 90-degree angle. Like the name suggests, fixed height desks cannot be adjusted and stay at the same seated or standing height. A height adjustable desk can be adjusted so that they suit the user. They can either be seated desks, standing desks or change between a sitting and standing desk.
