Deliveries

In order to keep your costs low and to make delivery and shipping as fast as possible, we use various methods of delivery depending on a combination of the following criteria:

• Delivery location,
• Physical dimensions (size)
• Weight

Only the delivery options applicable to you order and location will be offered as an option. if multiple options are presented, you are able to choose the method of shipping which best suits you.

We process orders Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship as soon as we can to receiving your order.

You can specify delivery instructions in the shipping comments field during the checkout process.  While we will apply your instructions to the address label we cannot take responsibility if the instructions are not correctly followed by the carrier or any other freight company during the delivery process - but will be happy to assist with any issues that may arise from this.   Where applicable, we are happy to ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post. We also ship to business addresses - please specify the company name if delivering to a business address.

If your item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the estimated time for delivery.

Australia Post

0.5 kg Parcels.

For items up to 500 gm in weight (and according size) Ergolink uses standard Australia Post service at a cost of $12.50

0.5 kg to 1.0 kg Parcels.

For items between 500 gm and 1.0 kg in weight (and according size) Ergolink uses standard Australia Post service at a cost of $15.00

1 Kg and up to a maximum of 20 kg Parcels.

Ergolink uses standard Australia Post service and cost will vary depending on the weight of the item and the delivery location.

Please note that parcel size restrictions also apply for Australia Post. Some orders may not be able to be sent via Australia post due to size restrictions.

Courier Delivery

Metro Courier: $16.50

Chairs: $33.00

Ergolink Van

As we have a van out and about, we may deem it faster or more convenient to deliver your items via our van. In these cases, you will still be charged the same delivery fee as selected, but delivered faster.

Special Freight Requirements

Due to either the size of the item and/or your location it may be necessary to find the best way to ship your items. In these cases, your order will not be processed until we have contacted you and confirmed the arrangements and price.

If you are outside the Perth Metropolitan Area (Australia Wide), Ergolink can organise the delivery of bulky or oversized goods via the best suitable transport company we can find. Alternatively, if you have your own preferred freight company, we are happy to arrange this.

Please note that some Transport companies require goods to be palletised, in which a pallet charge will apply to your order. If you require us to deliver to your transport company in the Perth Metropolitan area, delivery fees will also apply.
